Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of headlines nowadays. The show stars Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod in lead. The current track of the show revolves around Akshara pleading to Manjari to call Abhimanyu for Abhir’s surgery after she asks her to leave Abhi alone. Manjari gets shocked hearing about Abhir’s heart condition and give permission for treatment. Shefali informs Akshara that they unable to reach Abhimanyu as he is out on a trip and there is no network.
Dr Rohan asks Akshara to not panic as they’ll do whatever is possible for Abhir’s treatment and gives her Abhimanyu’s emergency number. Akshara tries to call Abhimanyu to call him back for surgery while Aarohi gets insecure seeing Akshara’s call on Abhi’s phone. She asks Abhi how can Akshu have his emergency number. Aarohi asks Abhi to pick the call and put it on speaker.
Akshara in stressed voice tells Abhimanyu that a mother is calling to beg him to save her child. Akshara informs Abhimanyu about Abhir’s heart surgery and he rushes back to Udaipur for the same. Abhi asks Rohan to keep everything ready as he is on the way to the hospital.
Akshara and Abhinav also leaves for hospital with Abhir for treatment. Akshara gets dream about Abhimanyu confronting her about Abhir being his son. This leaves her stressed as she fears of Abhimanyu learning the truth and prays that the truth doesn’t get revealed.
As they reaches hospital, Abhir was about to fall from the bed but Abhinav and Abhimanyu save him. Abhir gets shocked to see Abhimanyu and asks him if he is dreaming. Abhimanyu tells him that he is there for real. Abhinav and Akshara with folded hand requests Abhimanyu to save Abhir’s life.

In the upcoming episode we will see Abhir getting discharged from the hospital and Abhinav and Akshara gets ready to take him back home. Other hand, another complicated case comes to Birla Hospital regarding a twin baby. Abhimanyu invites a doctor to consult regarding the same case.
Hearing about the twin pregnancy and its complications, the doctor tells Abhimanyu that he has handled a similar case in Kasauli six years back where the mother was unaware that one of her twins has survived. Abhimanyu gets shocked as the doctor tells him that the child was no less than a miracle as he came on a very stormy night.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu gets hint of Abhir being his son and he asks the doctor if he can recall the name of the patient while the doctor tells him that it was some Sharma. Abhimanyu wonders if the doctor refers to Abhinav Sharma. Will Abhimanyu finally discover the truth about Abhir’s birth?
