Actress Isha Malviya has been grabbing lot of attention with her portrayal of Jasmine Sandhu in colors TV show Udaariyaan. The actress is receiving mixed reaction from viewers for her character in the show. There are some people who likes and support her character, while some dislikes Jasmine’s evil moves. Recently, Isha performed a scene where her face was blackened and she got shamed publicly by ‘Mahila Morcha’ for having an affair with a married man. After which she breakdown in tears in front of Fateh. The actress received lot applause for her performance in that scene.
Now, in an interaction with India Forums, Udaariyaan fame Isha Malviya spoke about that particular scene and revealed what went into getting that scene right. She told the portal, “The scene was totally intense and emotional, and for me also, not only as Jasmine, but thinking as any girl, it was very intense. When I was performing, I was also very emotional. When I watched the scene, it came really well on-screen and I really loved it. I am taking everything regarding my character very very positively because it is my character and I need to perform well. Either I am looking evil or I am looking good, I just need to perform my character well, so that’s what I keep in my mind while performing anything.”
The actress further added, “And it has been a great journey to do these kind of scenes every day. There’s something big ahead as well. Also, for the fan pages who keep supporting me, I was very emotional and I want to tell my fans that they must also keep the personal and professional lives separate because Isha is not the one doing it, Jasmine is, and just I am also doing this just for a character.”
Udaariyaan is produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta under their production banner Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. & Devirosh Films. It is one of the most loved show on television and getting good TRP numbers. The show stars Ankit Gupta, Priyanka Choudhary, Chetna Singh, Virsa Singh Riar, Abhishek Kumar, Ram Aujla, Rashmeet Kaur Sethi, Abhiraaj Chawla and others in key roles.
