ITV actor and Bigg Boss 15 fame Simba Nagpal is all set to play lead role in Ekta Kapoor‘s supernatural saga Naagin 6 alongside Tejasswi Prakash. They already started shooting for the show and it will go on-air from 12 February, 2022. this is Simba’s first show as a lead character and he is really happy about it.
In an interaction with Etimes TV, Simba opened up on doing Naagin 6. He said, “It is a big franchise and it is a every actor’s dream to work with this production house. It is like my dream come true as well. I had no second thoughts when this was offered to me.”
Tejasswi and Simba both were in Bigg Boss 15. Talking about working with Tejasswi, Simba says that he is happy to be working with her. He quoted saying, “Teja and I really good friends. I have always liked the kind of person she is. Even in the house we had a good bond. The two of us met after a gap of two months because I got evicted earlier. But it is really fun working with her. I am glad that she is opposite me because we somehow have a good connection. On the other hand, it gets difficult to work with someone new.”
Simba was studying to be an architect before joining showbiz. He said, “I always wanted to be an actor and just for my parents, I went to college! Later I interned at a firm too, but there I saw that my ideas were not respected and they were not used. So I knew that this is not for me at all. I don’t come from a super-rich family, so I didn’t have major financial support from my family. I knew that Mumbai life would be full of struggle for me. But one thing I had decided that even if I have to struggle for my entire life, I will do this.”
