Football legend Diego Maradona passed away yesterday after suffering a cardiac arrest. He was 60. Earlier he was hospitalized due to a blood clot in his brain which was successfully operated as per the doctors. The demise of Diego Maradona has saddened fans across the world, including Indian celebrities and one of them is Sidharth Shukla who took to his Twitter handle to mourn the demise of the legendary footballer.
Recalling Diego Maradona‘s game, Sidharth tweeted, “I have known the game of football because of you……As a child I have always wanted to be Maradona…. but There can never be another you…..Your game will be missed….. #RIPMaradona.”

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has also shared a throwback picture of the ace footballer from the 1986 World Cup and wrote, “Diego Maradona….you made football even more beautiful. You will be sorely missed and may you entertain and enthral heaven as you did this world. RIP….“
Apart from them, many others celebrities like Ranveer Singh, Abhishek Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Parth Samthaan, Karan Wahi and others paid tribute to the to the legendary footballer.
