Shehnaaz Gill is still dealing with the pain of losing Sidharth Shukla and isn’t in a state to get back to work-Reports

From past few days, there have been reports doing rounds that singer-actress Shehnaaz Gill all set to get back to work. The actress was about to shoot a pending song for her film Honsla Rakh with Diljit Dosanjh when Sidharth Shukla‘s untimely demise left her shattered. The Bigg Boss 13 winner passed away on September 2 due to Heart attack. His sudden demise has left everyone saddened.

Amid all this, Shehnaaz‘s upcoming film Honsla Rakh is heading towards it’s release which is in October. The makers of ‘Honsla Rakh’ shared that they had earlier planned to shoot a promotional song on September 15. However, they had to postpone it as Shehnaaz was in no position to attend the shoot and is still dealing with the pain. In a chat with the Times of India, Honsla Rakh‘s producer Diljit Thind said, “We are waiting for her to recover and heal from the grave loss. We had originally planned to shoot the song on September 15 in London, but that couldn’t happen because of obvious reasons. We will finalise a new date soon and would want Shehnaaz to be a part of it, too, as she is an integral part of the film. I am in touch with her manager and hoping that she will contact us in a few days.”

Now, as per Bollywood Life reports, Shehnaaz is not in a position to shoot as she is still reeling under the pain of losing Sidharth. While Sid’s mother Rita Shukla has been by her side and helping her cope with this insurmountable loss, Shehnaaz is in no position to get ready for the shoot.

An insider privy told BL that Shehnaaz is still recovering and isn’t in a state to talk. While some of her friends from the industry have reached out to her, she hasn’t been feeling up to it to meet or talk to them. She is keeping to herself mostly during this mourning period and her and Sid’s family are with her throughout. But there is still some time before she gets back to work. Thankfully for her, she has understanding producers who are ready to wait for her to come back when she feels better.

Shehnaaz is going through a difficult phase of her life and we pray to god to give her and Sidharth’s family strength to bear this loss. Shehnaaz was last seen with Sidharth Shukla on Colors TV show Dance Deewane 3 and Voot’s Bigg Boss OTT as guests.
