Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill, who is currently in Canada, has finally begin the shoot of her upcoming film Honsla Rakh alongside Diljit Dosanjh. The film also stars Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa and Gippy Grewal‘s son Shinda.
Today morning, Shehnaaz took her Instagram handle and shared a picture of herself with the director of film Amarjit Singh Saron and other crew members. In the picture, Gill seen dressed up in a trench coat as she poses for the camera. She was seen holding a clapperboard which had ‘Honsla Rakh‘ written on it in Punjabi language.

In February 2021, Diljit and Shehnaaz Gill shared the first look poster of the film Honsla Rakh, announcing the release date. It is slated for a Dussehra release on October 15, 2021. Apart from Diljit Dosanjh, Daljit Thind and Pawan Gill have also come on board as producers. It is the very first production of Diljit‘s production house Story Time Productions.
It has been written by Rakesh Dhawan and the director of photography (DOP) is Baljit Singh Deo. The cast and crew are in Vancouver, Canada to shoot the film. This is Shehnaaz Gill‘s first ever project with Diljit Dosanjh.
Recently, in an live interaction with fans on Instagram, Shehnaaz had revealed that it was her dream to work with Badshah and Diljit Dosanjh, and now her dream got fulfilled. She said, “It was my dream to work with Badshah and Diljit from the Punjabi industry. I had asked for these two wishes from God and both have been fulfilled. Now I don’t have any wishes except Bollywood.”
