There is no shadow of doubt and we do not need to tell you how popular Pavitra Rishtra show was in the history of Indian Television. And, there is still a crazy fan base that exists for Manav and Archana. Pavitra Rishta has been quite possibly the most successful show on India Television. The show starred late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his Ex-girlfriend/actress Ankita Lokhande.
From past few weeks, there have been reports about Pavitra Rishta 2.0 doing rounds on social media. The reports revealed that actor Shaheer Sheikh has been approached for playing lead, alongside Ankita Lokhande. And now, it is official. Taking forward the story of Manav and Archana, Shaheer and Ankita will be seen entertaining the viewers. They both are one of the most love actors of ITV industry. Shaheer will play the role of Manav, which was previsouly played by our beloved Sushant, while Ankita will reprise her role of Archana.
Ankita also shared the post, standing along with Shaheer Sheikh taking a clapperboard of Pavitra Rishta as they poses for the camera. The two can be seen dressed as Manav and Archana. Pavitra Rishta 2.0 will be streaming on OTT platform (ALT Balaji and ZEE5) and will be a limited series with 15-20 episodes. The series will bring to us a fresh pairing and it will be interesting to watch how will the two be received by the viewers.

In the meantime, Shaheer’s next show Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi 3 is going to premiere soon. The actor is returning with the much-cherished show alongside Erica Fernandes.
