The ongoing track of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin revolves around Patralekha (Aishwarya Sharma) manipulating surrogate Geeta to step back from becoming surrogate mother of Sai-Virat’s (Ayesha Singh-Neil Bhatt) child. Pakhi successfully misleads Geeta and instigates Bhavani against Sai telling her that she earlier told her to not trust outsider for surrogacy.
So far, we saw how Bhavani gets angry at Sai and Virat as Geeta didn’t reaches at hospital on time for surrogacy process. Kaku taunts Sai for not trusting Pakhi while Virat suggests Pakhi’s name for surrogate but Sai rejects the idea. The two gets tensed as they tries to contact Geeta and her husband but fails.
Sai then rushes to meet Geeta while Pakhi informs the goons she hired to attack Sai and stop her from reaching Geeta’s house. Pakhi’s goons tries to rob Sai and hits her head. Sai falls unconscious on the ground while Virat tries to call Sai but fails to talk to her.

The doctor informs Virat to bring Geeta within 40 minutes else she cannot do anything afterwards. Bhavani asks Virat to call Pakhi for surrogacy but Virat doesn’t want to go against Sai’s wish. Doctor tells Virat to not to take the matter lightly as this is his only chance of becoming father. Virat gets afraid of doctors’ words while Bhavani brings Patralekha to the hospital as #SaiRat’s child’s surrogate.
Virat is astonished to see Pakhi at the hospital while the doctor asks Bhavani if Geeta has arrived. Bhavani tells them she has come. The doctor thanks God for Geeta’s arrival and tells the nurse to take Geeta to the room and prepare for the procedure. Virat stands shocked seeing Pakhi going for the procedure in Sai’s absence.
