Few weeks ago, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had conducted a raid at comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa‘s residence. After which, the couple was summoned by the officials for interrogation in drug case.
As per ANI reports, Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh has accepted consumption of Ganja. Reportedly, 86.5 gms of Ganja was recovered from their residence after the raid. After admitting the consumption of drugs, they both got arrested by NCB.
NCB even sought remand over consumption and financing of drugs. Later, the two was produced before the court and both Bharti, Haarsh were sent to 14 days of judicial custody till December 4 in connection with the seizure of ganja from their home.
Later, Bharti and Haarsh Limbachiyaa was granted bail by a Magistrate court on November 23. And, now as per latest updates, the NCB is seeking cancellation of Bharti and Haarsh‘s bail. As per PTI, the Narcotics Control Bureau has moved to a special NDPS court in Mumbai seeking cancellation of bail of Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa in a drug case.
