Today (November 23), Magistrate’s Court granted bail to comedian-actress Bharti Singh and her husband. Haarsh Limbachiyaa. The two were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday under the provisions of the NDPS Act in a case of alleged possession and consumption of ganja.
Reportedly, during interrogation Bharti and Haarsh both admitted the consumption of ganja. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had raided their production house and residence on Saturday (November 21) and found ‘86.5 grams of ganja’.
On Sunday, NCB produced Bharti and her husband Haarsh before the Quilla court where they were sent to judicial custody till December 4. Now in the recent development, Bharti and Haarsh were granted bail, today on a bond of Rs 15,000 each.
