The current track of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai revolves around Akshara trying her best to search Dr Kunal Khera for the treatment of Abhimanyu as only he can treat Abhi’s nerve damage. But Aarohi fails her plan as she distract Akshu when Dr Kunal Khera comes to Dargah. Aarohi just wants to create misunderstanding between Abhira. Later, Akshara gets a big surprise from Abhimanyu and Family on her Birthday.
She gets emotional receiving so much love from Abhi and family, while he consoles her and says that she will be getting lots of hugs today and that everyone loves her. Akshara thinks of finding Dr Miracle aka Kunal Khera to give surprise to Abhi as he is doing a lot for her and she doesn’t want to see him sad.
Further, Akshara praises the cake that Abhimanyu made for her and they celebrates the birthday. As Akshu cuts the cake, she prays for Abhimanyu’s recovery. Everyone gives gifts to Akshara and Abhi presents her a hoody. He tells her that sometimes Akshu gets involved in taking care of others and that she has no time for herself but this hoody will allow her to get aloof from the world and form a connection with herself.
Other hand, Harshvardhan gets pictures of Akshara’s birthday party and he recalls past moments with family. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu gives another surprise to Akshara as he takes the stage and sings a song for her by playing the guitar himself. But due to his hand injury he fails to play guitar while Akshara comes and helps him in playing guitar. Abhi completes the song in his melodious voice.

Later, Suhasini asks Swarna and Manish to talk to Mahima and Anand about Kairav and Anisha’s marriage. However, Kairav stops his family saying that he does not want spoil Akshara and Abhimanyu’s celebration. After a while, Akshara’s driver brings her mobile and sweets from the car and gives it to Aarohi asking her to pass them to Akshara. But Aarohi uses this chance to create differences between Abhimanyu and Akshara. Abhi learns that Akshara lied about meeting Guruji and she was at Dargah. He asks Akshu about it and she tells him that she went to meet Dr Kunal Khera.
In the upcoming episode, Akshara gets a call from someone and she gets gets emotional while talking on calls and tells Abhimanyu that Dr Kunal Khera is ready to meet them. Akshara gets a ray of hope that Abhimanyu’s hand will recover.
Just then, Anisha returns to Birla house with a bouquet of flowers leaving everyone surprised. Kairav gets shocked as Anisha goes on her knees and proposes him for marriage in front of whole family. Will Kairav say yes to her? Will Dr Kunal Khera treat Abhimanyu’s hand injury?
