Former Bigg Boss contestant Karanvir Bohra distributes 1000 face Shield Masks to Mumbai Police to help them protect from any chances of contracting the virus while out on duty. Recently, Karanvir Bohra grabbed headlines for taking a initiative of distributing home-cooked meals to poor and needy near his surroundings.
Now, extending his support once again, Karanvir has decided to do his bit for the Police force, who are tirelessly working day and night to keep the citizens safe. Karanvir has arranged 1000 face masks to distribute to the entire police personnel.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Karanvir shared the pictures from police station and wrote, “rakeshagrawalrk and I Donated 1000 #faceshieldmask to sir #manjunathsinge and his soldiers. #dcpzone8 BKC We all know the amount of hardwork the #policeforce is doing to protect us, but today I saw and heard stories from sir, How, so many constables have suffered from this virus, but they all tell him, “as soon as we are discharged, we want to report to work.” And so many have. Talking about the same, Karanvir said. “The police force in the city right now are doing more than their bit to try and keep people indoors and safe. Every day I see so many of them patrolling the streets day and night to ensure that nobody is out. And about when they don’t have to be! And just doing their duty in this way poses such a big risk to them all. Because of the number of people they are exposing themselves to on a daily basis. But duty calls and they have been absolutely outstanding in these past couples of weeks!.”
“So as part of social responsibility at the moment, I really want to do something for them right now. So thought that there could be nothing better than giving them something to protect themselves. Hence I am with help from a friend who makes these masks, getting around 1000 pieces delivered to police officials all over the city, starting today.”
