Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar is planning to take legal against online trolls who sending him and his family abusive threats. Karan Johar has been constantly getting trolled ever since Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. He has been receiving lot of hate and nasty comments on his social media handle. Karan has been accused of indulging in nepotism and not giving due credit to the outsiders in Bollywood industry.
Many Bollywood celebrities like Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Sonam K Ahuja, Sonakshi Sinha, Rhea Chakraborty, Shaheen Bhatt among others has been receiving nasty trolls on social media. Recently, Shaheen Bhatt and Rhea Chakraborty has complained about online trolls to Cyber crime after receiving abusive threats.
Now, as per latest reports in DNA, Karan is also planning to take legal action against online trolls. Karan Johar‘s close aide told DNA, “Karan is actively pursuing legal action. A team of lawyers, as well as online tech experts, have come together to see this through. The tech people in the team are tracking the social media handles that are trying to intimidate him through violence. They want to unearth these accounts, fake and real and submit the evidence to the relevant authorities. The comments got out of hand when people started to threaten physical harm and abuse to his children and gave rape threats against his mother.”
Meanwhile, Karan Johar has been off social media since Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death. His last post was condolence to the late actor.
