Star Plus show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is doing extremely well on the TRPs charts and it stars Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt in pivotal roles. Fans loves the chemistry between Sai-Virat and fondly calls the duo #SaiRat. The latest episode saw Sai confessing her love for Virat amidst Rajeev and Shivani’s wedding rituals. Sai tells Virat that she’s in love with him and asks him if he also loves her or not.
Ayesha’s amazing performance in this love confession scene left viewers impressed and they cannot stop praising him. Now, in an interaction with India Forums, actress Ayesha Singh spoke about the love proposal scene.
She quoted saying, “It is one of the most awaited sequences of the show. Our fans and even the entire team were eagerly waiting for Sai to accept her feelings and inform the same to Virat. The fans had to wait for a long time and I feel the scene has been written in a grand manner. Feelings of us and the fandom are mutual. When the Creative Director of the show- Siddharth Vankar saw the scene, he had tears in his eyes. The entire team was teary-eyed. I’ve been getting messages from my co-actors as well and they all have wonderful things to say about my performance and the scene.”

When Ayesha asked about her thoughts on reading the script and her first reaction on knowing about the grand proposal scene. She said, “Honestly, I have been personally waiting for Sai to confess her feelings to Virat and it was obviously a long due. When I read the grandeur of the sequence, I was nervous. I’ve never proposed anyone (laughs).”
The actress adds, “I felt a sense of responsibility and the trust that the makers have shown in me and wanted to live up to everybody’s expectations. Looking at the output of the scene, I felt content and everybody gave great reviews.”
GHKKPM, produced by Cockcrow Entertainment and Shaika Films. The show written by Leena Gangopadhyay and directed by Jaydeep Sen, Ranjeet Gupta and Ashwini Saraswat. Its a remake of Star Jalsha’s Bengali series Kusum Dola. The show features actors like Aishwarya Sharma, Yogendra Vikram Singh, Kishori Shahane. Adish Vaidya, Bharti Patil, Sheetal Maulik, Mitaali Nag, Yash Pandit among others.
