Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: The current track of Bhavika Sharma and Shakti Arora starrer revolves around Ishaan getting hospitalized, while Surekha blames Savi for his accident and refuses to let her meet him. Next day, Savi goes to temple to do puja for Ishaan’s recovery while Reeva also comes there for the same. Reeva gets irked and accuses Savi of pretense, holding her responsible for Ishaan’s plight.
She even questions Savi why she is doing this puja as her and Ishaan’s marriage is just compromise. Savi tells Reeva that she has no right to question her relationship with Ishaan. Savi also asks Reeva what right she has to stay in Bhosale house as she has no relationship with the family. Later, Savi reaches hospital and asks nurse if she can put the ‘Bael Patra’ leaf on Ishaan’s eyes. Nurse asks to go but Surekha stops her and refuses to let Savi meet Ishaan.
Surekha tells Savi that she doesn’t trust her while Savi explains that she went to temple to pray for Ishaan’s recovery. However, Surekha denies her entry, Savi feels heartbroken and asks nurse to keep the leaf on Ishaan’s eyes. The nurse helps Savi after which Ishaan regains consciousness. Bhosales gets happy as they meets Ishaan while Reeva hugs Ishaan expressing her concern. Savi sees Reeva with Ishaan and feels sad as family didn’t allowed her to meet him.

Later, Surekha and others takes Ishaan back home after discharge from hospital. Savi also reaches house, Ishaan gets angry seeing her as he recalls their argument. Further, Reeva comes down with her bags as she decides to leave Bhosale house. Surekha tries to stop her but Reeva says she cannot stay in Bhosale house anymore. Surekha asks Reeva why she’s leaving suddenly, Reeva blames Savi saying that Savi asked her to leave house. Reeva states that Savi questioned her stay in the Bhosale house without any relation with the family.
Surekha and other family members badmouths Savi questioning how dare she asked Reeva to leave house. As Reeva tries to step out of the house, Ishaan holds her hand saying she cannot leave. Amidst, Savi tries to defend herself saying that she didn’t asked Reeva to leave house, but Ishaan scolds her. Savi goes back to her room, while Ishaan asks Reeva to not leave.
In the upcoming episode we will see Bhosales having breakfast while Surekha asks about Savi as she didn’t see her. Anvi reveals that Savi left the house early in the morning which leaves family shocked. Yashwant asks Surekha to asks Ishaan to call Savi back immediately. Surekha goes to Ishaan and asks him about Savi’s whereabouts, Ishaan feels surprised on learning that Savi is not at home.
