Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: The ongoing track of Bhavika Sharma-Shakti Arora starrer revolves around Reeva returning to India and apologizes to Ishaan confessing her love for him. However, Ishaan refuses to forgive her while Surekha and Yashwant warns Reeva and her parents asking them to stay away from Ishaan and theri family.
On the other hand, Reeva is in madly love with Ishaan and vows to revive her relationship with him at any cost. Reeva’s mother and father tries to convince her to no go behind Ishaan but she refuses to listen. Reeva decides to work in Bhosale Institute to stay close to Ishaan.
Meanwhile, Savi meets her Aajo Baa aka Ninad, who’s at the last stage of Alzheimer and need medical help before it’s too late. Bhavani and Vinayak expresses their hatred towards Savi seeing her, while Ninad recognizes her. Savi spends time with her Aajobaa and agrees him for treatment. Ninad goes with Vinayak to the doctor’s cabin.

Later, Bhavani and Vinayak meets doctor to find out about Ninad’s health. Savi comes there while doctor states that Ninad’s Alzheimer’s state has become advance and he needs brain surgery. Savi and others gets worried as doctor reveals that surgery will be costly.
At college, Ishaan in anger throws away the appliances via which Reeva had confessed her love for him. Just then, Students comes there and informs Ishaan about the problems they’re facing in managing fest as Savi isn’t responding their calls. Nishikant asks Ishaan to solve the problem, Ishaan worries about Savi thinking where’s she.
In the upcoming episode, Savi dreams where Samrudh kills her family including Bhavani, Vinayak and Harini to take revenge from her. Samrudh vows to marry her to destroy her life just like she did.
Savi wakes up from this terrible dream amidst Ishaan’s lecture and screams thinking that her family is no more. In panic state, Savi says that she don’t want to live alone. Ishaan comes asking her to relax and says that she is not alone as he is with her. Just then, Reeva comes there and gets jealous seeing Savi-Ishaan together.
