The ongoing track of star plus’ popular show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin saw Ashwini apologizing to Sai (Ayesha Singh) for insisting her to marry someone else and leave Virat. She questions Sai if she still loves Virat as she asks her to return back to Virat while Virat decides to leave Nagpur forever as he wants to stay away from Sai’s memories. Sai realizes that she still loves Virat and cannot live without him. She panics learning about Virat’s transfer and rushes to stop him from leaving her and kids.
Sai reaches Chavan house calling Virat’s name while Karishma opens the door. Bhavani taunts Sai for entering Chavan house as it is no more her house. Sai asks them about Virat while Karishma tells her that Virat has just left for the airport. Sai panics and rushes to stop Virat from leaving Nagpur. The slippers come out of Sai’s feet as she run in hurry to stop Virat’s car. However, Sai does not seem bothered by it, instead, she keeps running barefoot. She injures her leg as she runs bare foot.
As Virat reaches airport, Sai screams his name. She runs towards Virat and hugs him confessing that she loves him. Virat smiles hearing her love confession. However, this love confession turns out to be Sai’s imagination. As Sai comes out of her imagination, she questions herself about why she is so bothered by Virat leaving the city as now she is married to someone else.

As Virat bids farewell to his teammates, Sai silently watches and it turns out that not Virat but another police officer has taken the transfer. Realizing this, Sai scolds herself for arriving at the airport without any second thoughts. Without meeting Virat, Sai tries to leave but he sees her. Virat sees Sai’s leg injured and ask her if she is okay. However, Sai walks away from there, stating that she had come here for some work.
Later, Sai reaches at Usha’s house and starts crying telling her that she went to the airport thinking that Virat is leaving her and kids. Usha makes Sai understand that she still loves Virat and that she should reunite with him. Usha reminds Sai that she and Satya got married in a hurry and asks her to talk to Satya as he will understand her situation. Sai states that she cannot betray Satya for her selfish reasons.
Meanwhile, Satya decorates Sai’s cabin as he plans to confess his love to Sai. He calls Sai to hospital. Other hand, Virat learns that Sai has came to chavan house from Bhavani and gets shocked. He calls Sai asking her about the same while she informs him that she is going to the hospital as Satya is not well. Virat decides to visit the hospital himself to check what is going on.
Virat heartbroken seeing Satya love proposal for Sai
In the forthcoming episode we will see Sai reaching hospital to see Satya but gets shocked seeing the romantic decoration in cabin and Satya holding flowers. While Sai stands stunned, Satya confesses that he has fallen in love with her. Just then, Virat arrives there and sees Satya’s love proposal. Virat gets shocked while Sai stands speechless hearing Satya’s love confession.
Will Sai accept Satya’s proposal? Will Sai will able to tell the truth to Satya that she still in love with Virat?
