The latest episode of Ayesha Singh-Neil Bhatt starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin saw Sai telling Pakhi to have only healthy food as she is pregnant and she should not have coffee or spicy food. Bhavani then taunts Sai of not being able to become mother. Sai feels bad but gives apt reply to Bhavani saying that her taunts does not affect her anymore. Just then, Sonali, Karishma and others talks about Pakhi becoming useless after delivering the child and giving it to Sai and Virat.
Pakhi feels annoyed while Shivani tells everyone that Pakhi can restart her life post delivering the child. However, Bhavani tells everyone that Pakhi will not restart her life and live like Samrat’s widow.
Later, Patralekha shows her anger to her mother that she will be useless for family after the delivery of the child. Vaishali tells her that she already warned her earlier but she didn’t listen to her. Pakhi then decides to not give the child to Sai and Virat after the birth but Vaishali says Sai won’t let that happen. But Pakhi says she will emotionally blackmail Virat.

Later, Sai comes to Pakhi’s room to give her some books on pregnancy but gets shocked seeing her dressed as married woman. She tells Sai that she will not dress up like a widow from now on as she doesn’t want her child feel that he has no father. Sai tells her that the baby has a father and asks Pakhi to focus on nine month.
Sai further tells Virat about not being able to find the woman who misled Geeta while Virat asks to let the matter go. Next morning, Pakhi comes down dressed as married woman and shocks everyone including the guests. Guests asks Bhavani that recently Samrat died and his wife dressed like a married woman.
Kaku gets irked and asks Pakhi about the same while Pakhi says that she is doing for her child so that the baby gets good vibes around her. Just then, Sai comes & corrects Pakhi telling her that it’s not her child but Virat and her child.
Doctor informs Patralekha that she’s not pregnant
Sai gets angry at Virat as he is unable to find the goons who attacked her. Virat gets irked and tells Sai that he is not his servant and says that he’s going for a mission. Other hand, Bhavani takes Pakhi to hospital for a checkup and Sai also arrives there.
The doctor checks Pakhi and asks her is she’s sure about her pregnancy. Pakhi tells the doctor that she has done a pregnancy test and that came positive. Doctor tells Pakhi that sometimes these kinds of implants fail due to the bodily conditions of the woman.
Pakhi gets shocked as doctor reveals that she is not pregnant. Bhavani asks about Pakhi’s health while doctor tells her that Pakhi is fine. Sai then asks after her child, just then, a masked gunman enters room and shoots the doctor. The doctor dies on spot while Sai left unaware of Pakhi’s truth.
Will Sai able to find the truth that Pakhi is not pregnant?
