Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh announces his upcoming Punjabi film titled Honsla Rakh starring Shehnaaz Gill, Sonam Bajwa & Gippy Grewal‘s son Shinda. Diljit has also donned the producer’s hat for the movie and will be co-producing the project with Daljit Thind. The film will be directed by Amarjit Singh Saron. This is Shehnaaz Gill‘s first project with Diljit Dosanjh.
Sharing the first look, Diljit also announced the the release date of the movie and shared that Honsla Rakh will be hitting the theatres on October 15 this year. He captioned the post, “This Dusshera #HonslaRakh, 15th Oct, 2021!!.”

Meanwhile, Shehnaaz Gill has already left for Canada for the shoot of the film. The actress was spotted at Mumbai airport yesterday. Apart from film, Shehnaaz will soon be seen in the music video opposite Bollywood singer-rapper Badshah. She also will seen in the music video opposite Sidharth Shukla.
On the other hand, in a recent interaction with Times Of India, Shehnaaz talked about her future plans. The actress quoted saying, “I have a few projects, including a film, the details of which cannot be divulged yet. I have always chosen quality over quantity. Chaahe kam kaam karu, par achha karu. My dream is to play a quintessential heroine. I can act any part, but I want to try difficult characters. That apart, I plan to focus on my career as a singer. I want to lend my voice to singles and also be a playback singer.”
