On Yesterday’s Bigg Boss 16 Shukravaar Ka Vaar, Manya Singh, former Miss India runner-up, got into massive argument with co-contestants Sreejita De, who’s an TV actress. During fight, Manya calls herself the ‘ambassador of the country’ and criticizes Srijeeta asking ‘Who are you’ and taunts that ‘just an TV actor’. Manya’s comment on Sreejita’s profession have not gone down well with ITV actor Arjun Bijlani, ex-Bigg Boss-actress’ fame Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Kamya Punjabi, Gauahar Khan.
Arjun Bijlani took to his Twitter handle and slammed Manya Singh’s for her ‘just a Tv actor’ comment. He wrote, “I’m sick of people passing comments like Yeh toh tv actress hai and or yeh toh tv actor hai .. And the funniest is they use the platform of tv and pass such comments. Don’t come on television if you have such a big problem. Tv big hai tha aur rahega. #BiggBoss16.”
Reacting to Arjun’s tweet, Devoleena wrote, “+1. They come to tv, make money and then they abuse TV,” while Gauahar Khan said, “Exactly, calling self an Indian ambassador and doesn’t know the basic of inclusion, tolerance and respect! #irony.”
Actress Kamya Punjabi tweeted, “”What you are? TV actress” did I hear it correctly?Toh madam aap kaha aayi hai ?PM ke ghar meh?It’s a Television freaking show!!!Bade bade film actors apni film ko promote karne tv par aate hai…ek kaam kariye aap apne aapko kahi aur jaakar promote kariye! #BiggBoss16 @ColorsTV.”

The contestants who are competing for the BB 16 trophy – Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Gautam Vig, Abdu Rozik, Gori Nagori, Tina Datta, Shalin Bhanot. Soundarya Sharma, Priyanka Choudhary, Ankit Gupta, Sreejita De, Manya Singh, Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia, Shiv Thakre, MC Stan, Archana Gautam, Sajid Khan. Bigg Boss 16 airs Monday to Friday 10 PM and Saturday-Sunday 9.30 PM. This year weekend ka vaar episodes will air on Friday and Saturday.
