In an interaction with India Forums, Akanksha Khanna praised Tejasswi Prakash‘s game and expressed her wish to see her as the winner of the Bigg Boss season 15. Akanksha and Tejasswi are good friends and has worked together in Colors’ show Swaragini.
Talking about her bond with Tejasswi, Khanna said, “Back in Swaragini days, Tejasswi and I clicked very well. I shared a special bond with her as we also shared the make-up room. She was my go-to person on the sets and shared this cute girl-pal bond. We used to share our lunches and often go out amidst shoots whenever there was a break.”
Akanksha doesn’t follow the show religiously but showing her support to her friend Tejasswi. The actress said, “Well, I don’t watch the show like an ardent follower but I do come across clips on social media and I feel Tejasswi is doing a great job and I would want her to lift the winner’s trophy. She has that spark.”
She further added, “I feel, the show is about making a buzz and Tejasswi is certainly doing that. If she’s making heads turn, she is doing her job perfectly. Wrong or right, she is making headlines and surely making an impact which is what the show is all about. I’m all for women empowerment and female winners and what’s better than a female friend winning the show? (smiles).”
Tejasswi will compete against Karan Kundrra, Shamita Shetty, Rashami Desai, Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhat to win the prize money and the trophy. Bigg Boss 15 grand finale will take place on 29th and 30th January.
