Former Bigg Boss contestant Arshi Khan, who entered the BB 14 house as challengers, is all set to make her Hindi film debut. Reportedly, the actress will play the role of a village girl in her movie that will focus on Women Empowerment.
Previously, Arshi has worked in TV shows Savitri Devi School And College and supernatural series Vish. In the film, Arshi is playing the main lead role under the direction of Dushyant Singh.
Speaking about the film, Arshi told SpotboyE, “I am really very excited for the project. The director I am working with has chosen me for this character. Audience will get to see me in a completely different avatar. As I am playing the role of a village girl named ‘Champa’. It’s a woman oriented film with a beautiful story line.”
During her stint in the reality show, Arshi grabbed lot of attention for her fights and friendships with co-contestants in the show. This will be her first project after the show. In a recent interaction with some leading media portal, Arshi had said that she didn’t focus on the acting part after coming out from Bigg Boss 11 house but now she would like to do that.
