Star Plus popular show Anupamaa is one of the most loved and successful show on television. The show stars Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey and Gaurav Khanna in pivotal roles. Actress Aneri Vajani, who grabbed lot of attention with her portrayal of Malvika in Anupamaa, has re-entered the show ahead of Anuj-Anupama’s marriage track.
Fans are super excited to see her back on the show. The current track of the show revolves around Malvika firing Toshu, Vanraj and Kavya from job. In an chat with India Forums, Aneri Vajani spoke about her come back and the love she has been receiving. She also talked about the upcoming track.
The Beyhadh actress said, “I am just very overwhelmed and touched with the response. Everyone was waiting for Mukku to come back, but it was not planned. It was always supposed to be a cameo, but with all the love that fans have been showering and wanting me to come back, plus Rajan sir just has this belief in me that is really touching that he really wanted me to be back on the show. Because of him, I am back on the show, and fans have been making edits, filing petitions, etc., it is just overwhelming. The character Mukku has been receiving so much love, I never expected it.”

She further spoke about the upcoming track and said, “I have started to do my thing but the story ahead is something we don’t know and we will only know once we get the script. But I do know that something big is in store and now that Mukku is back, she is not going to keep quiet, she is going to do the crazy and nice things. The dynamics are going to change, the bond is going to increase, that’s all I know.”
Anupamaa produced by Rajan Shahi under Director’s Kut Productions. The show is based on Star Jalsha’s Bengali series Sreemoyee. There’s also a Marathi version of the show which runs on Star Pravah titled Aai Kuthe Kai Karte. It stars actors like Aneri Vajani, Madalsa Sharma, Alpana Buch, Arvind Vaidya, Paras Kalnawat, Aashish Mehrotra. Muskan Bamne, Shekhar Shukla, Nidhi Shah, Anagha Bhosale and Tassnim Sheikh.
