In the previous episode, Aadya gets happy that Shruti has woken up. Anupamaa comes to see Shruti. Aadya kicks her out of the room and asks her to leave. Aadya hates her for choosing Pari and not her once again. Bbauji says Dimpy will never be happy with Prateek as she loves Titu. Bbauji tells him not to be so selfish and cause injustice to Dimpy. Anupamaa moves in with Keidy and thanks her. Anupamaa decides to win the semi-final. Vanraj does not change his decision.
Dimpy comes to know about Vanraj’s plan. The doctor tells Anuj Shruti is out of danger. Dimpy refuses to accept Vanraj’s decision and marries Prateek. Vanraj says she will marry. Dimpy tells Anupamaa. Anupamaa gets angry at vanraj. She tells her to fight. Aadya tells Anuj to get married as soon as Shruti gets well. Dimpy decided to leave the house with Ansh. Baa realizes that Dimpy has fled. She tells Vanraj. Dimpy tells Anupamaa that she has left the house.

In today’s episode, Dimpy tells Anupamaa that Titu has made arrangements for them at his friends house and asks her not to worry about them. She tells Anupamaa not to worry about them. Vanraj gets angry. Yasdeep asks Anupamaa what happened, she tells him that Vanrai is trying to get Dimpy married to someone else and that is why she fled the house. She gets angry at Vanraj. Dimpy cries remembering what Vanraj did to her.
Titu’s friend tells Dimpy that Titu will arrive soon. Vanraj blames Kavya for helping Dimpy flee. Kavya gets furious at him for being so mean to Dimpy. Babuji says that he is with Dimpy. Vanraj realizes that Anupamaa must have told Dimpy to flee. Yashdeep tells Anupamaa to focus on the competition as that is the most important right now.
Vanraj calls Anupamaa but she cuts his call. Vanraj leaves the house. Anuj and Aadya bring Shruti back home. They decorate the house for her. She feels overwhelmed and cries. They click pictures together. Aadya makes a card for Shruti, and Aadya curses Anupamaa.
Anuj sends Shruti and Aadya’s photo to Anupamaa. Anupamaa gets relieved seeing them safe and happy. Vanraj finds Dimpy, and he tells her that there was a tracker on her phone. Vanraj tells her to come home with Ansh. But Dimpy was having a bad dream. Vnaraj calls on Yasdeep’s phone and tells to give it to Anupamaa. Vanraj gets angry at Anupamaa. Anupamaa tells him he did not tell Dimpy to run away.
