Anupama Spoiler: In the previous episode, Aadya hugs Anupamaa and she consoles her. Baa scolds Vanraj for coming back to India so soon. Vanraj criticises Anupamaa for being in the hospital and not home with Pari. Bbauji tells him to stop being so insensitive. Anuj sees Anupamaa hugging Aadya. He worries how he will handle Shruti and Aadya alone, Anupama says she is always there with her. Anupamaa comes home and kinjal hugs her. She says she will not stay here. Anupamaa wakes up from a bad dream. Kavya asks Vanraj who is coming. Vanraj ignores her and leaves.
Vanraj introduces Prateek to everyone. Anuj asks Aadys what she has been doing all night. Aadya says she is writing a manifestation diary so that Shruti gets well soon. Anuj gets a call from the hospital, and they call him urgently. Vanraj says he is trying to make Pateek Ansh’s father and ghar jamai. He says he cannot trust Titu as he does not have a secure career. He insults Titu. Kavya says he is doing wrong towards Dimpy. Vanraj says Dimpy will listen to him.
In the upcoming episode, Anupamaa gets to know that Shruti has regained consciousness. Bbauji gets angry at Baa for not stopping Vanraj. Baa says he is doing it for Dimpy and Ansh. Aadya is happy that shruti has woken up. Anupmaa comes to see Shruti. Aadya kicks her out of the room and asks her to leave.

Aadya hates her for choosing pari and not her once again. Anupamaa gets a message that the semi-final round is tomorrow. Anupamaa decides to give it her best shot. Babuji scolds Anuj for being so mean towards Dimpy. Bbauji says Dimpy will never be happy prateek as she loves Titu. Bbauji tells him not to be so selfish and cause injustice to Dimpy. Titu calls Dimpy. Dimpy tells Titu to come back as soon as she misses him.
Anupamaa moves in with keidy and thanks her. She says even she needed a roommate as she too feels lonely after leaving her family. Anupamaa says she is very nice and gives her share of rent and a letter of recommendation to keidy.
Anupamaa decides to win the semi final. Vanraj does not change his decision. Dimpy comes to know about Vanraj’s plan. The doctor tells Anuj Shruti is out of danger. Dimpy refuses to accept Vanraj’s decision of marrying prateek. Vanraj says she will marry. Dimpy tells Anupamaa. Anupamaa gets angry at vanraj. She tells her to fight. Aadya tells Anuj to get married as soon as Shruti gets well.
Dimpy decided to leave the house with Ansh. Baa realizes that Dimpy has fled. She tells Vanraj. Dimpy tells Anupamaa that she left the house. Anuj tells Anupamaa that her panic attacks have increased and he requests her to stay at his house for Aadya. Anupamaa agrees.
