Anupama Spoilers: Star Plus highest-rated show has been making lot of buzz with massive drama and twists and turns. The present track of Rupali Ganguly–Gaurav Khanna starrer revolves around Anupama, Anuj and others warning Adhik to not hurt Pakhi or else they won’t spare him. However, Adhik leaving no chance to hurt Pakhi and keeps apologizing to her to keep himself safe from going to jail.
And now, as per India Forums reports, the upcoming episode will see a major revelation. It will happen that Kavya will be back home from the hospital, and she will be seen crying in front of Anupamaa. The whole family will ask her what happened. Finally, Kavya will reveal the truth that she is not pregnant with Vanraj’s child. The entire family is in shock hearing this.
As per precap, Kavya will help Leela do the household chores but she starts feeling sudden pain in her stomach. Leela asks Dimple to help her little bit with chores while she was busy talking to her friends. In her friend’s presence, Dimple hesitates to say no, so she goes to help Baa.
As her friends leave, Dimple changes her tone and asks Leela why she asked her help. Kavya asks Dimpy to calm down but she throws away the glass from Kavya’s hand and leaves. Kavya slips over the spilled milk on the floor leaving everyone stunned.

Baa, Vanraj and others gets scared as they takes Kavya hospital while Anupama and Anuj also reaches there. Kavya gets scared for her baby while Anupama tries to calm her down. Later, Vanraj and Anupama meets the doctor who says that the sonography reports are normal but there is another issue.
After leaving the hospital, Anuj stops the car in front of the temple as they could not visit it earlier. As they leaves, a old lady bumps into their car deliberately. Anupama comes out to check if the lady is fine but stands shocked seeing that it is none other than Malti Devi. She feels pity seeing Malti Devi in bad condition.
