Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of headlines nowadays. The show stars Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod in lead. The ongoing track of the show revolves around Abhimanyu saving Abhir’s life while Akshara fears of Abhi finding out the truth that Abhir is his son. Other hand, Kairav feels bad for his rude behaviour with Muskaan and tries to apologize to her but she doesn’t pay heed to him.
At the same time, Abhinav and Abhimanyu discuss their last meeting when Abhi was hospitalized. Abhimanyu apologizes to him for crossing his limits while Abhinav asks him to forget about it. Further, Abhinav gets tensed thinking about the cost of the surgery while Abhimanyu hands him over a free surgery memo.
He informs Abhinav that, according to policy, Birla Hospital can execute a few operations at no cost, and that this is how Abhir’s surgery can be performed. Abhinav exhales a sigh of relief and thanks Abhi for the wonderful news. Abhi requests that Abhinav submit all important documents of Abhir, including his birth certificate. Akshara panics hearing this as she fears Abhimanyu might know the truth that Abhir is his son and might snatch him from her. She also fears that Abhir will hate her after learning the truth that his mother is a liar.
Akshara gives the file to Abhimanyu and fears as he checks the documents. Akshu prays to god to not let Abhi see the birth certificate, just then Abhi gets a call for a meeting and he leaves. Akshu feels relieved. As per new precap, Abhir discharged from the hospital while another complicated case comes to Birla Hospital regarding a twin baby. Abhimanyu invites a doctor to consult regarding the same case.

Hearing about the twin pregnancy complications, the doctor tells Abhimanyu that he has handled a similar case in Kasauli 6 years back where the mother was unaware that one of her twins has survived. Abhimanyu shocked as the doctor tells him that the child was no less than a miracle as he survived.
Abhi asks the doctor if he can recall the name of the patient while the doctor tells him that it was some Sharma. Abhimanyu wonders if the doctor refers to Abhinav Sharma. Will Abhimanyu finally discover the truth about Abhir’s birth?
In the forthcoming episode we will see entire Goenka and Birla family celebrating Gangaur festival. Abhimanyu celebrates with Aarohi as couple while Abhinav-Akshara too celebrates the Gangaur festival as husband and wife. As per reports and latest BTS that is doing rounds on internet, it seems like Aarohi will learn the truth about Abhir’s birth first before Abhimanyu. It will be interesting to watch if she will tell the truth to Abhimanyu or hide it.
