Sumbul Touqeer Khan fans are bashing Bigg Boss 16 makers for targeting Imlie actress and pointing fingers on her character on national television due to her friendship with Shalin Bhanot. On Yesterday’s weekend ka vaar episode of Bigg Boss 16, Salman Khan bashed Sumbul Touqeer for getting involved in Mc Stan-Shalin Bhanot’s fight and not letting Tina Datta talk to Shalin. This happened after Sumbul hugged Shalin tightly to take him away from fight. After which, Tina lashed out at Sumbul for being possessive about Shalin and not letting her talk to him. However, Sumbul denied it saying she never stopped Tina to talk to Shalin and vice-versa.
Later, Salman seen asking housemates if Sumbul is obsessed with Shalin Bhanot and Tina agreed to this, Nimrit too agreed while Sajid said she has some fondness towards Shalin. However, Sumbul refuses to have any feelings for Shalin and said she considers him a good friend. Many celebrities like Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Rajiv Adatia, Dolly Bindra among others came out in support of Sumbul and slammed Tina Datta & criticized makers for character assassinating a 19-year-old girl on national television in the name of entertainment when Sumbul herself saying that she doesn’t have anything in her heart.
And now, Sumbul’s fans are trending “STOP TARGETING SUMBUL” on twitter reprimanding makers questioning her character on national TV and purposely trying to link Sumbul with Shalin despite of her saying NO.
