Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin starring Ayesha Singh–Neil Bhatt, is getting interesting with each passing episode. The upcoming track will witness huge drama as Sai-Bhavani have a major face-off amidst Navratri celebration. The current storyline revolves around Chavan family learning that Sai is alive and gets furious as they doesn’t want Sai to return in their life. Other hand, Vinu gets injured and wants to get treated by Sai only. Pakhi goes Kankavli requesting Sai to treat Vinu by coming Nagpur. When Sai arrives hospital, Virat and Ashwini lashes out at her and asks her to leave. Virat doesn’t want to see Sai back in his life and says that he will get the best to best doctor for Vinayak.
Sai tells Virat that she has come to help a mother who is in pain due to her son’s condition. She adds that if he doesn’t want her to treat Vinu then she will leave. Virat asks her to leave while Sai feels hurt due to his decision and leaves hospital.
Meanwhile, Vinayak hears Sai’s voice and comes out of his room by himself to meet her but Sai leaves. Vinu asks Virat and Pakhi about Sai’s arrival, while they all stands shocked seeing Vinu standing on his own legs. Pakhi tells Ashwini how Sai’s presence has bettered Vinu’s condition but Ashwini and Virat still against Sai’s return. Pakhi tries to convince Virat to allow Sai to treat Vinayak. She asks Virat to not bring their past between Vinu’s treatment.

Finally, Pakhi gets successful in convincing Virat to allow Sai to treat Vinu. While Sai goes bus stand to leave for Kankavli, Virat comes to stop her. He requests her to treat Vinayak while Sai questions him that he is the one who asked her to leave. Virat urges that now he wants her to return and treat his son as his condition getting better post her arrival.
Sai agrees to come but puts a condition asking Virat to not bring their past issues in between treatment and behave professionally and not interfere in her life nor she would do. In the forthcoming episodes we will see Bhavani and Sai’ major face-off amidst Navratri celebration. Bhavani, who has become an MLA will be seen at ‘Durga Pandal’ with Shivani, Karishma and others family members. Sai with Usha Mausi and Savi arrives at Pandal leaving Bhavani shocked. Kaku gets furious seeing Sai and starts taunting her in front of Savi. Bhavani tells people that she have no relations with Sai while Shivani and others also not much pleased seeing Sai back.
