Star Plus’ longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is touching new heights of success & ruling the TRPs charts. The show stars Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod in lead role as Abhimanyu & Akshara. The show is grabbing lot of attention with it’s ongoing storyline. Mayank Arora, who plays the role of Kairav in the show, has spoke about the ongoing track and his journey on the show.
In an chat with India Forums, Mayank Aka Kairav opened up on his journey in the show & his bond with co-stars. The actor said, “So far, the journey has been amazing, looking forward to each day on set as Kairav. It really is a responsibility & we as actors are trying to give the best we can to live up to the expectations that this blessed show YRKHH & viewers expects from us.”
He added, “To be honest, we have a beautiful cast, everyone is amazing & bond pretty well with each other.”
When he was asked how does he get the nuances right and whether he is creatively satisfied, Mayank said, “Once you understand the character & the script it all comes naturally, baaki on the spot improv according to the scene toh hote hi hai (rest you perform improv depending on the scene). As an actor, I am satisfied, Kairav has a lot of range & there is so much more to see in the future.”

Talking about the ongoing track, The actor said, “‘The present track is about how Abhi & Aru wont get married & Akshara finally confesses her love for Abhimanyu. I am sure fans are on the edge of their seat as they have been waiting for this eagerly, but there is so much more & it won’t be that easy for ABHIRA.”
