Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written updates (June 16, 2023): The present track of star plus’ YRKKH revolves around Kairav-Muskan’s wedding ceremony while Abhir is trying to find his real father. Today’s episode witnessed Akshara in drunk state, confessing her feelings for Abhinav that she loves him but instead of Abhinav, Abhimanyu hears it. Abhimanyu feels heartbroken while Akshara stands shocked seeing him instead of Abhinav.
Realizing her mistake, she clarifies that her confession wasn’t meant for him. However, Abhimanyu nods that he know it was for Abhinav. Abhimanyu gets shocked on learning that she is intoxicated and offers to bring lemonade for her. But, she helds his hand to stop him. Manjari sees their interaction and hopes for a reconciliation between Akshara and Abhimanyu so that their family could complete.

Next day, Abhimanyu, Manish, Akshara and others preps up for wedding as Muskan’s uncle comes to meet Kairav. However, Muskaan is scared due to blackmail messages from her ex-partner. At the same time, Surekha creates drama over hot temperature as fan stops working while Abhinav tries to fix the fan. Manish tells them that they should buy a new fan. Abhimanyu and Kairav agrees with Manish but Akshara tells them to conserve their money. She assures them that Abhinav will fix the fan.
Meanwhile, Dev blackmails Muskaan demanding 50,000 rupees from her. Kairav overhears Muskan’s conversation on call regarding money and thinks that Muskan’s friend is in need of money. He offers to help Muskaan but she refuses his money offer. Further, the families performs shagun rituals with Kairav-Muskan. Just then, Abhir stumbled but Akshara and Abhimanyu manages to catch him from falling. Unknowingly Muskan’s Mama Ji blesses Akshara-Abhimanyu for their potential future which leaves Abhinav sad.
Abhir adamant to find his real father
Other hand, Abhir is determined to find his real father while Manjari hopes for Akshara-Abhimanyu’s reconciliation. Manjari discuses the same with Shefali on call but she reminds her that Akshara had moved on in life with Abhinav. In the upcoming episode we will see Abhir and Ruhi on mission to find former’s real father. Ruhi tells Abhir that she and Aarohi scream alike when something falls on their foot, so he and his real father would also share the same scream.
Abhir likes the idea and he looks for his father with Ruhi by dropping things on father like candidates to hear their screams. After hearing lot of people’s screams, Ruhi and Abhir feels disappointed as they fails to find out who’s real father. Just then, Abhimanyu screams holding his feet while Abhir sees him and suspects that Doc man is his real father.
