Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is gearing up for major twist with Akshara health worsens, and Abhir forgets the way.
In the previous episodes we get to see, Manjari suspects that Akshara is acting to be sick to get back Abhir. Abhimanyu defends her. He decides to take Abhir to Kasauli. Manjari decides to not let him go. Abhir overhears this. Abhir runs away from there, trips and fall. Ruhi asks him what happened. Abhir tells her he wants to go Kasauli. Ruhi asks him to ask any elder to take him to Kasauli. Abhir says they won’t agree to take me.

He decides to go himself and packs his stuff. Ruhi helps him in it. She gives her pepper spray for his safety and Abhir also packs mobile given by Akshara, Abhinav. He asks Ruhi to promise that she won’t tell anyone about his departure. Ruhi promises him. Doctor tells Abhinav that it’s important to Akshara that her fever should be down. Otherwise it would be dangerous. Abhinav take cares of Akshara, she was keep murmuring Abhir name. He prays to god to let her meet with Abhir.
Abhimanyu packs bag and decides to take Abhir anyhow to Kasauli. He prays to god for Akshara betterment. Manjari gets restless and decides to stop Abhimanyu from taking Abhir to Kasauli anyhow. She sees Abhir shadow and goes to check. Ruhi and Abhir hides. Manjari found no one. Abhir goes from home.
In morning, Abhinav gets to know about road blockage in Kasauli. He checks Akshara fever is keep increasing. He wonders how to take Akshara to hospital. Manish gets restless for Akshara. Abhimanyu asks Arohi to get ready Abhir. Manjari tries to stop him. Abhimanyu stays adamant. Arohi informs Abhir is missing. Birlas searches for him.
In the upcoming episodes, Abhimanyu will cry for Abhir. Police says it doesn’t seems kidnapping case. Abhir might go himself. Abhir reached some wrong place. He falls in a box getting fainted. Akshara feels Abhir is in trouble.
