Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of headlines nowadays. The show stars Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod in lead. The current track of the show revolves around Akshara reaching Udaipur with Abhinav for Abhir’s surgery while Abhimanyu leaves for a vacation with Ruhi and Aarohi. Abhinav calls Manjari to ask Abhimanyu’s location so that he can contact him for surgery but she doesn’t listens to his problem and cuts the call.
Later, Manjari reaches Goenka’s house and asks Akshara and Abhinav to stay away from Abhimanyu and leave for Kasauli. Manjari gets angry at Akshara returning again when Abhimanyu was trying to move on and marry Aarohi. Akshara tells her that she has come to Udaipur not for Abhi but for Dr Abhimanyu Birla.
Akshara tells Manjari about Abhir’s health condition and requests her to call Abhimanyu back so that he can perform the surgery. Manjari gets shocked hearing about Abhir’s condition and leaves without saying anything. Akshara breaks down thinking that Manjari will not allow Abhimanyu to treat her son. Abhinav tells Akshara that Manjari didn’t refuse yet and they still have a chance.
Manish visits Birla mansion and request Manjari to call Abhimanyu for Abhir’s treatment. Anand, Shefali supports Manish and asks Manjari to think about the child and forget about the past. At the same time, Kairav uses his contacts to arrange best doctor for Abhir’s surgery. Abhir’s doctor informs Abhinav and Akshara that they should get Abhir operated as soon as possible before it’s too late.

Further, Shefali calls Akshara informing that Manjari has agreed for Abhir’s surgery by Abhimanyu but they unable to reach him as he is out on a trip. Dr Rohan asks Akshara to not panic as they’ll do whatever is possible for Abhir’s treatment.
In the upcoming episode we will see Akshara crying as she calls Abhimanyu. She tells Abhimanyu that a mother is calling to beg him to save her child. Akshara informs Abhimanyu about Abhir’s condition and he rushes back to Udaipur for the surgery.
Later, Abhimanyu learns the truth that Abhir is his son after reading his file. He shatters and gets furious at Akshara for hiding the truth about his son. He confronts Akshara asking who is she to keep his son a secret from him for all these years.
Is this Akshara’s dream or Abhimanyu will actually learn the truth about Abhir?
