The current track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai revolves around tiff between Abhimanyu-Akshara’s relationship (Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod) while Mahima is planning to make her son Parth the CEO of Birla hospital instead of Abhimanyu. Today’s episode witnessed Abhimanyu and Akshara having a cute fight over coffee when Dr Rohan intervenes and gives them fresh cups. The two are trying hard to talk to each other but always ends up fighting on small things.
Further, Abhi and Akshu hears a child cry and go to check where they sees Mahima treating the child. The child’s mother asks Akshara to calm the boy with her music therapy. Mahima gets irked and says that the child needs medicine to recover not singing and all. Akshara respectfully tells Mahima that the child’s body need treatment but mind needs music therapy to calm down.
Later, a board of directors who observes Akshara singing and calming the child patient, showers praises on her. Abhi feels proud seeing Akshu getting accolades. The board of director tells Abhi we need people like Akshara who thinks out of the box. He asks Abhi to consider Akshara for Harshvardhan’s post of CEO. Mahima feels insecure and asks Anand to make their son Parth the CEO of Birla Hospital as quick as possible or else they will be out of hospital soon.

Other hand, Manjari is staying away from Harshvardhan and taking stand for her self respect. She is also tensed thinking about problems in Abhi and Akshu’s marital life. Meanwhile, Aarohi instigates Kairav saying Abhimanyu-Akshara must having some issues in their relationship. Kairav confronts Akshu about having issues with Abhimanyu but she denies.
In the upcoming episode we will see Kairav getting angry at Abhimanyu and asking him to tell why his sister Akshara crying. He asks what happened between them. Akshu shocked to see Kairav’s reaction and asks him to leave Abhimanyu as he grabs Abhi’s collar. Later Kairav holds Akshara’s hand and tells her to go with him. She frees her hand from Kairav and tells him that she is capable of taking decisions for herself. Akshu asks him to not tell what she should or shouldn’t do.
