Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of headlines nowadays. The show is doing well on the TRPs charts and it stars Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod in pivotal roles. The ongoing track of the show revolves around Akshara leaving Birla hospital and finding new job for herself as music therapist.
Akshara gets ready to give interview at a charitable hospital. Abhimanyu takes half-day off from work to go with Akshara for her interview. He gets shocked and bit scared seeing the rush at the hospital. Abhi asks Akshu to re-think of joining such hospital but Akshu asks him to have some confidence on her.
However, Abhimanyu does not want Akshara to work at a charitable hospital as he doesn’t find the place safe and good for her. But Akshara loves to work at such places and for people who’re in need. Akshara gets the appointment letter.

Abhimanyu is unhappy with this but Akshara decides to convince him. Akshu says that she knows Abhi loves her a lot and not everybody is so lucky to have a husband like him. She further says that it is rare to find a couple like them in the whole world.
Akshara takes two envelopes in her hand and shows them to Abhimanyu. Giving Abhimanyu a choice, Akshara says that whichever envelope Abhi chooses will be her decision. She asks him to choose one and her decision will be that. One letter is the appointment letter and the other one is a suspicious letter.
