In the upcoming episode of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai we will finally see Abhimanyu-Akshara face-off after one year. The current track of Harshad Chopda–Pranali Rathod revolves around Akshara wanting to meet Abhimanyu to tell him the truth why she left him. But Kunal is trying his best to not let Abhi-Akshu reunite as Maya’s dream of singing will shatter if Akshu leaves. Other hand, Abhimanyu is investigating about Maya to find out the connection between Akshara’s voice and her.
Abhimanyu decides to expose Maya’s truth as he is sure that the voice he heard not belongs to Maya. In the upcoming episode we will see Abhimanyu planning to expose Maya and Akshara as he is quite sure that Maya’s voice has a big connection with Akshu.
Abhi contacts Maya and invites her for Ganesh Chaturthi even and asking her to sing a song there. Maya gets shocked and later requests Akshara to go with her at the event. Akshara disguised in a Maharashtrian look attends the function. She uses the veil to hide her face and sings for Maya while she lip-sync.

Abhimanyu sees Maya singing and doubts her voice. Amidst the function, Abhi looks for Akshara while she will sing song. The duo fells in a water tub wherein they comes face-to-face. Abhimanyu stands shocked seeing Akshara after a year while she stands scared as Abhi has lot of questions in his mind.
