Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of headlines with it’s interesting twists and turns. The current track of Harshad Chopda–Pranali Rathod revolves around Dr Kunal Khera trying hard to not let Abhimanyu-Akshara reunite as Maya’s dream of singing will shatter if Akshu leaves. Other hand, Abhimanyu is determined to find out Akshara and the connection of her voice with Maya.
Meanwhile, Akshara is desperately waiting to meet Abhi after her contract with Kunal ends and she proves Kairav’s innocence in court. Abhi thinks that he will get close to Akshara soon and calls Maya inviting her for Ganesh Visarjan event. He praises Maya for her melodious voice to convince her for coming and singing at the event. Maya is driven romantically towards Abhi and agrees to come.
Maya asks Akshara to come along with her at the Ganpati event but she refuses to come but later agrees. Akshu then meets the detective whom she has asked to find out Anisha’s bf to prove Kairav’s innocence. She pressurizes him to find out more about Anisha’s death and get proofs.

Akshara and Maya reaches the Ganpati event where Abhi puts color on his face so that Akshu unable to recognize him. Abhi sees Maya and asks her to sing ‘Ganesh Aarti’. Akshara hides her face behind a veil and sings for Maya while Maya lip-sync.
Abhimanyu looks for Akshu in the pandal but fails to see her. Later, Akshu and Abhi throws coin in the water tub as they asks wishes. Just then, they both fells into water tub and comes face-to-face. Abhi sees Akshara with teary-eyes.
In the upcoming episode, Abhi leaves Ganpati visarjan angrily seeing Akshara after a year while she asks 24 hours to prove her innocence. Abhimanyu tells Manjari that he met Akshara. Manjari get shocked hearing this and asks him what she said. Abhi tells her that Akshara told him that she has given a year to her love and in return she wants him to give only 24 hours to his hatred. Manjari tells Abhi to give 24 hours to her while he looks at her with pain-filled eyes.
