The ongoing storyline of Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai revolves around Kairav getting angry at Abhimanyu questioning him why his sister Akshara is sad. Akshara upset seeing Kairav and Abhi’s tussle and tells everyone that she can take her decisions by herself. Manish tries to make Kairav understand that it’s Abhi and Akshu’s personal matter and he should not interfere in between. Suhasini hears about AbhiRa’s riff and worries thinking about their relationship.
Later, Suhasini tells Akshu to take her time and make decision while she tells Mimi that she doesn’t understand where she has gone wrong. Suhasini tells her that they haven’t got the chance to know each other and that is why problems are arising in their relationship. Other side, Manish and Swarna tell Kairav that the decision should be Akshara’s alone.
Furthermore, Mahima tells Harshvardhan that patients and the Board of directors are demanding the music therapy department to re-open at Birla hospital. Anand and Harshvardhan unhappy with the decision while Mahima tells them that she has a plan.

Mahima later reaches Goenka house and asks Akshu to join them in the music therapy department. But she refuses Mahima’s offer telling her that she is already working somewhere and equally committed to her work. However, Mahima gives time to Akshu to think while Kairav badmouths her calling her selfish for coming to Akshu in their time of need. Meanwhile, Akshara thinks of Mahima’s offer.
At the hospital, Abhi gets shocked to see the music therapy department’s board and rushes to see if Akshara is there. Seeing Akshara in the room, he gets angry and takes her to Anand’s office. He asks Anand and Mahima’s intentions in rehiring Akshara in Birla Hospital.
Later, he realizes that Anand and Mahima were forced to hire Akshu due to the board of directors. Akshu tells Abhi that she has accepted the offer as she can see that she can help patients.
In the upcoming episode we will see Mr Bijoria inviting Abhimanyu and Akshara for a party. He tells them that he will not accept any excuses and they have to come. But Abhi and Akshu are still not in talking terms, Will they go to Mr Bijoria’s party together? Will the duo sort out their issue and talk to each other?
