Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been grabbing lot of attention with immense drama and twists. The show stars Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod in lead. The current track revolves around Akshara getting anxious as Abhimanyu finally learned the truth that Abhir is his son. Akshu fears that Abhimanyu will snatch Abhir and feels scared how will family react when Abhimanyu will reveal the truth to everyone.
The latest episode saw Abhimanyu bringing USA’s doctor to India for Abhir’s treatment as he doesn’t want Akshara to take his son away from him. Abhir gets happy as he didn’t want to leave Udaipur while Akshara gets stressed as Abhimanyu is leaving no stone unturned to stay with his son. With no choice left, Akshara agrees for Abhir’s treatment in Birla hospital.
At Birla house, Manjari and Aarohi preps up for the wedding and distributes sweets as marriage date get fixed. Manjari shares this good news with Abhimanyu. However, Abhimanyu puts the wedding on halt due to Abhir’s surgery which shocks Aarohi and Manjari. Manjari questions how he can postpone wedding due to Akshara’s son Abhir as his treatment could be done aside. Abhimanyu leaves saying that nothing is more important to him than Abhir’s health.
Aarohi feels stressed thinking about Abhimanyu postponing wedding. Meanwhile, Abhinav tells Akshara that it will be difficult for Abhimanyu to deal with the situation after learning the truth. Akshu tells him that things are difficult for both the parties. Abhinav feels bad for Abhimanyu as he has been stayed away from his son for 6 years.

At the same time, Ruhi cries as Abhimanyu again postponed the wedding. Manjari tries to console her while Akshara and Abhinav takes Abhir to the hospital for check-up. Abhir gets happy meeting Abhimanyu. Abhi gifts a chain to Abhir asking him to wear it as it would protect him from evil. Later, Aarohi meets Akshara at hospital and gets anxious as she asks her why she did not leave Udaipur. Akshara who’s already stressed due to truth revelation, leaves without answering Aarohi’s questions.
In the upcoming episode we will see Ruhi talking to Akshara on call and gets excited about Abhir’s birthday. Abhimanyu overhears their conversation and gets emotional thinking about Abhir’s first birthday with him. Other hand, Akshara and others preps up for Abhir’s birthday while Abhimanyu too plans surprise for Abhir on his birthday so that he can spend some quality time with his son.
Next day, Abhimanyu takes Abhir with himself and surprises him on his birthday leaving him happy. Abhir gets excited while Abhinav meets Abhimanyu asking he should have not bring Abhir without informing him. Abhimanyu tells Abhinav that he isn’t a good human being while Abhinav reveals him how he took care of Abhir when he was born.
