The actor was only 40 when he breathed his last. Many celebs and fans took to social media and expressed their grief over the actor’s sudden demise. Today, Sidharth’s family has organised a prayer meet online at 5 pm.
And now, Sidharth Shukla‘s family has released an statement expressing their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been a part of Sidharth’s journey and showered him with unconditional love. They also mentioned that Sidharth valued his privacy, hence they request everyone to allow the family the privacy to grieve. The family also thanked Mumbai police for their ‘sensitivity and compassion’.
The statement reads, “Heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been a part of Sidharth’s journey and showered him with unconditional love. It definitely doesn’t end here as he now resides in our hearts forever. Sidharth valued his privacy, hence we request you all to allow our family the privacy to grieve. A special Thank You to the Mumbai Police force for their sensitivity and compassion. They have been like a shield, protecting us, standing by us every minute of the day! Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Om Shanti! The Shukla Family!”

Sidharth Shukla was one of the most popular and successful personality of Indian television industry. The handsome hunk gained immense popularity with his stint in controversial show Bigg Boss 13. He began his career as a model and later made his acting debut with the lead role in the TV show Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na in 2008.
He was best known for portraying the role of ‘Shiv’ in Colors TV popular show Balika Vadhu & ‘Parth’ in Dil Se Dil Tak. He has been a winner of India’s biggest reality show Bigg Boss 13 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7. He also hosted shows like Savdhaan India & India’s Got Talent season 6, 7.
Sidharth‘s last public appearance was on Karan Johar hosted show Bigg Boss OTT & Colors’ dance reality show Dance Deewane 3 with Shehnaaz Gill. His last project was the web series – Broken But Beautiful 3.
