Shehnaaz Kaur Gill is an Indian model, singer and actress who has worked in television and films. The singer-actress rose to fame with her stint in Salman Khan‘s controversial reality show Bigg Boss 13 in 2019. She began her modelling career with an music video, “Shiv Di Kitaab” in 2015. She made her acting debut with Punjabi film Sat Shri Akaal England in 2017.

Shehnaaz was born on 27 January 1993, Amritsar, Punjab. She is of Punjabi descent and belongs to a Sikh family. Shehnaaz loves singing and acting since childhood. She did her college education from Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab. Her father name is Santokh Singh Sukh and mother is Parminder Kaur. Shehnaaz‘s brother name is Shehbaz Badesha.

Shehnaaz Gill is single and not dating anyone. However, the actress is always in news for her link-up rumours with her BB 13 co-contestant Sidharth Shukla.
Shehnaaz Gill’s Career and Achievements
She started her career as a model by featuring in a Punjabi Music Video “Shiv Di Kitaab” in 2015. After that, she has appeared in many music albums like “Majhe Di Jatti” and “Pindaan Diyan Kudiyaan“. She also featured in a music video with popular singer Garry Sandhu titled “Yeah Baby Refix“. Shehnaaz has also sung many popular songs like “Veham“, “Range“, “Sidewalk” and more. She made her acting debut with Punjabi film Sat Shri Akaal England in 2017. She also starred in Punjabi films like Kala Shah Kala and Daaka.
In 2019, Shehnaaz participated in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 13, and emerged out as the second runner up of the show in February 2020. Her participation in the BB13 was a turning point of her life as the actress gained immense popularity with her stint in the reality show. Later in February 2020, she appeared in Colors TV show Mujhse Shaadi Karoge with BB13‘s co-contestant Paras Chhabra but the show went off-air within a month because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
After Bigg Boss 13, Shehnaaz worked with many popular Bollywood & Punjabi singer and featured in several music videos. Shehnaaz featured in music video such as “Bhula Dunga” by Darshan Raval, “Keh Gayi Sorry” by Jassie Gill, “Kurta Pajama” by Tony Kakkar, “Waada Hai” by Arjun Kanungo, “Shona Shona” by Tony Kakkar & Neha Kakkar (2020), and “Fly” by Badshah & Uchana Amit (2021).
In February 2021, Shehnaaz Gill shared the poster of her upcoming Punjabi film Honsla Rakh along side Bollywood & Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh. The film also stars Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa and Gippy Grewal‘s son Shinda Grewal. The film is scheduled for a Dussehra release on October 15, 2021.
