Rubina Dilaik and Nikki Tamboli shared a great equation in controversial reality show Bigg Boss 13 and become good friends. Even after the show the two were seen hanging out together and posting fun-loving pictures together. Nikki, who recently lost her elder brother Jatin due to COVID-19, has been going through a tough phase of her life.
The actress is currently in Cape Town, South Africa for stunt based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. It was not easy for her to do the show just after brother’s demise, but she is trying to stay strong as she had to fulfill her work commitments. Nikki‘s industry friends are proud of her. Rubina Dilaik, with whom Nikki Tamboli bonded well on the reality show, calls her a woman with exceptional strength.
In an interaction with The Times Of India, Rubina said, “Nikki is a very strong girl and I have learnt quite a bit from her in many ways. I remember when we were in Bigg Boss she told me that her brother wasn’t keeping well. He had some surgery and he was bedridden for quite a long time. When she came out of the house, he was stable. But later he got COVID due to which he was hospitalised for 20 days. The way she has handled herself and taken care of her family is very inspiring. And she doesn’t let that hamper her work.”
The actress added, “I think many people don’t know that her brother was suffering for a very long time and she was suffering with him but she never gave up. It was heart-wrenching to know that she lost her young brother yet she went for Khatron ke Khiladi because she had committed to doing the show. The way she’s handling all this at such young age is really brave of her. She’s doing good for herself and I am proud of her and I know she is going to shine.”
