It’s almost a week since Actor/Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla passed away. His untimely demise has left everyone saddened. Sidharth‘s family, friends and fans are still in shock and not able bear the loss of actor’s sudden demise. Many celebrities from TV and Bollywood industry expressed their grief on late actor’s death and offered condolences to his family members.
In a recent interaction with Times Now Digital, TV/Film actor Ronit Roy opened up about the unfortunate passing of Sidharth Shukla. Ronit said that he didn’t know the Bigg Boss 13 winner closely, and knew him just as a member of the entertainment industry. The actor said, “I knew him as a very fine, very popular actor. I share the grief of his passing with his family, his friends and his fans,” adding that while Sidharth was already a popular name, he became a household name after his stint on the Salman Khan-hosted show, Bigg Boss.
Ronit further said, “One suddenly saw him grow and getting immensely popular. He had done a lot of work, and he also worked with Balaji Telefilms again.” He also confirmed that the late actor was in talks for some good projects. The actor said, “I know for a fact that some people were talking to him about some very good projects,” adding, “I grieve for the loss of the member of my fraternity, for the loss of the immense potential of art that he had.”
Sidharth Shukla was one of the most popular and successful personality of Indian Television industry. He began his career as a model and later made his acting debut with the lead role in the TV show Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na in 2008. The actor was best known for portraying the role of ‘Shiv’ in Colors TV popular show Balika Vadhu & ‘Parth’ in Dil Se Dil Tak. He has been a winner of India’s biggest reality show Bigg Boss 13 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7.
He also hosted shows like Savdhaan India & India’s Got Talent season 6, 7. Sidharth‘s last public appearance was on Karan Johar hosted show Bigg Boss OTT & Colors’ dance reality show Dance Deewane 3 with Shehnaaz Gill. His last project was the web series – Broken But Beautiful 3.
