Popular TV/film actor Sidharth Shukla left for his heavenly abode on September 2, 2021. His untimely demise has left everyone sad and heartbroken. Sidharth’s family and Shehnaaz is still grieving with the loss of actor’s demise. Now, Sidharth’s former co-star & Bigg Boss 13 fame Rashami Desai remembered the late actor and spoke about her bond with him.
In a recent interview with ETimes TV, Rashami Desai spoke about her equation with Sidharth Shukla. The actress revealed that she cancelled all the promotions of her music video ‘Subhanallah’ when she heard the news of his demise.
The actress said, “I have experienced a lot of hard times in my life but I have never compromised my professional commitment. But this time I was seriously left broken. Sidharth was special, no doubt we fought, we had our issues but at the end of the day there was a good friendship and we cared for each other. I can say much but this time I couldn’t keep going. I planned to not be part of any promotion activities for the song. I am lucky that our producer Shahzeb Azad understood my situaton and allowed me to grieve.”
The Balika Vadhu actor’s last rites was done at the Oshiwara crematorium. Rashami Desai was among those celebrity who attended late actor’s funeral and pay their last tribute to him. Sidharth is survived by his mother and two sisters. Sidharth’s last public appearance was on Karan Johar hosted show Bigg Boss OTT & Colors’ dance reality show Dance Deewane 3 with close friend Shehnaaz Gill. His last project was the web series – Broken But Beautiful 3.
