The Narcotics Control Bureau has been investigating the drug-nexus in Bollywood and TV industry. Today morning, comedian-actor Bharti Singh has come under NCB scanner as the anti drug agency reportedly conducted a raid at her and Haarsh Limbachiyaa‘s residence along with their production house office in Mumbai.
Now, as per latest reports, Bharti Singh has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in drugs case. According to the media reports, Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa was accused of consuming banned substances. The reports also suggests that the investigating agency had recovered ganja for their Andheri residence and the production office. After which, both Haarsh and Bharti was summoned by the NCB for further interrogation later in the day.
And now, as per the latest reports, Bharti has been arrested by the NCB officials under the provisions of NDPS Act 1986. On the other hand, NCB is still interrogating Haarsh in the case. ANI reported, “NCB raided production office & house of comedian Bharti Singh & from both the places 86.5 gms of Ganja was recovered. Both Bharti & her husband Harsh Limbachiya accepted consumption of Ganja. Bharti Singh arrested & examination of Harsh Limbachiya is underway: NCB.”
