Devoleena has been vocal about the controversy, while Shehnaaz Gill keeping herself quiet. It all started when Devoleena came live and said she did not like Shehnaaz‘s chemistry with Sidharth Shukla in the song.

Throughout the whole controversy, Shehnaaz Gill kept herself quiet and didn’t added up anything on the whole matter. Now, Shehnaz‘s friend and Mujhse Shaadi Karoge Contestant Mayur Verma came out to support her on the whole matter.
In a conversation with Spotboye.com, Mayur Said, “Shehnaaz is a very good friend of mine. Her brother Shahbaz is like a brother to me and above all that, she is a very kind-heart girl. So, the way Devoleena is being targeting her, I think as a friend I needed to take a stand for Shehnaaz.”
When Mayur was asked, if he spoke about the controversy with Shehnaaz Gill. He told Spotboye.com, “Yes, I am in touch with Shehnaaz and also keep discussing this with Shahbaz. They are extremely upset with the whole controversy.”
He was asked, if he talked to Shehnaaz or Shehbaz to come out and give their clarification on the same. Mayur told Spotboye.com, “I did but Shahbaz told me. ‘Bhai abhi hum sab Corona jaise mushkil issue se lad rahe hain, aaise mein in sab cheezon pe kya bole?’ They are of course upset but there is a reason they are not speaking up which is the current situation in our country and worldwide. During Bigg Boss as well, Devoleena tried to put Shehnaaz down and she is repeating that now. But we have decided, Shahbaz and I will come out together to address the whole matter, soon.”
