Actress Shamita Shetty has been very much vocal about her views on co-contestant Tejasswi Prakash‘s Bigg Boss 15 win. In her interviews, the Mohabbatein actress stated that Pratik Sehajpal was deserving contestant to win the trophy. Shamita said that Pratik had done a lot more than Tejasswi and played his game with a lot more honesty in BB house.
Reportedly, Shamita liked a tweet that claimed Tejasswi was declared the winner because she bagged Naagin. Now, in a chat with SpotboyE.com,
Reacting to it, Karan quoted saying, “This is all nonsense. I don’t understand this. It was clear cut Tejasswi is winning the show. I have done a lot of reality shows and have had a good experience, when I entered the house on the third or fourth day only I said this girl is the winner. In fact, at some point, I was aware of the fact that she will win the show. Tejasswi winning Bigg Boss 15 has nothing to do with her doing the Naagin show. She would have done it even if she didn’t win Bigg Boss 15. There is no connection between her win and bagging Naagin.”

The actor further added, “It’s just that Ekta mam came on the show and saw her so that’s how things happened. Even from the economic point of view, I think it’s wrong and unfair to say that the makers have made an undeserving candidate win. I am a producer myself, I have been around for 13 years, I have done many reality shows, fiction, and non-fiction shows and it’s not how things happen on reality shows. The channel will never take a risk by making an undeserving candidate win. There are lots of emotions involved. There are some who support me, there are some who support Shamita Shetty then there are people supporting Pratik Sehajpal or Tejasswi so those people get disappointed. But people should also celebrate others’ win and should be happy about others.”
Karan said, “Neither Karan Kundrra is defined by one show in his 13-year career nor does Shamita Shetty is defined by the one show, she is what she is at the end of the day. Nobody can change that or take that away from her. Her future can’t be taken away because of the one show.”
