Now, as per latest reports in media, the show is all set to go off-air soon. In an interaction with the Times Of India, Param Singh, who plays the lead in the show confirmed that the last episode of the show will telecast in August.
The actor shared, “It was yesterday that we got the news. And for some time I did feel bad, but I am okay now. We started this show in March this year and I had thought that it would at least go on for 8-9 months but it is going off air in just 5 months. I do not know the reason behind this decision, but whatever the makers decide, we cannot do anything about it. My teammates had told me that they were getting a good response, but I don’t know what went wrong. It is a good show and I have mixed feelings about it going off air.”
Param who had done many shows like Parvarrish- Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi and Haiwaan says that things like these don’t affect him that much anymore. He said, “One feels bad of course but now that I have been here for almost a decade and have survived as an actor, I have become accustomed to such things. It is a part and parcel of life and life doesn’t stop even after a show goes off air. We need to move ahead and do whatever has to be done. I have some time left with my team so even though we know that these are the last few episodes that we are shooting, I will put my best foot forward.”
He lastly said, “I have been working continuously since the last one decade in the entertainment industry without breaks. As I finish this, I will wait for other opportunities to come my way. I hope I get challenging roles to do and yes, I hope for the best.”
