Ayesha Singh-Neil Bhatt starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has been keeping the viewers glued to their TV screens with massive drama. The current track of the show revolves around Sai learning that Pakhi is Virat’s wife and Vinayaka is their son. Pakhi gets emotional seeing Virat’s condition and kisses his forehead and hugs Vinu while Sai stands shocked seeing all this. Sai feels heartbroken thinking that Virat chose Pakhi over her. She faints while Jagtap comes and catches her from falling.
Virat regains consciousness and gets furious seeing Sai with Jagtap. Meanwhile, Jagtap takes Sai outside and asks her about Virat marrying Pakhi. Sai refuses to reveal anything to him. Later, Pakhi learns that Vinayak’s doctor aunty is none other than Sai and gets shocked seeing her alive. Pakhi fears that Virat now will leave her and go back to Sai.
Other hand, Sai controls her emotions in front of Pakhi and Mohit and behaves professionally telling them that Virat will be fine soon. Further, Pakhi tries to talk to Sai and thanks her for saving Virat’s life. She asks Sai about Vinayak being alive while Sai gets sad recalling the accident when she lost Vinu. Pakhi asks Sai why she didn’t informed them that she is alive.
Sai tells Pakhi that it is better for her and everyone to consider her dead. She adds that she is nothing more than a doctor to Virat and Vinayak. Pakhi then apologizes to Sai for her past deeds. Sai, who knows Pakhi’s real face, tells her that she can’t forgive her because she is the main reason that she left her home and her husband and lost her child.

Recently, the channel shared the promo where Pakhi seen asking Sai to come back to chavan house. As per India Forums, in the upcoming episode Chavan family will learn that Sai is alive. This will happen when Virat sees Sai with Jagtap and Sai see him with Pakhi and their misunderstanding escalates.
After seeing Sai with Jagtap, Virat leaves the village with Vinayak and Pakhi in anger. He doesn’t want to talk about Sai anymore. Virat does not tell the family about Sai being alive. But after that, Vinayak’s condition will begin deteriorating in the Chavan house. Amidst this situation the family will learn about Sai being alive.
