Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: The ongoing storyline of Shakti Arora–Bhavika Sharma starrer revolves around Ishaan saving Harini’s life while Savi develops feelings for Ishaan seeing his care and concern towards herself and Harini. Today’s episode saw Savi successfully coming out of the car as Ishaan calls Pratik to bring mechanic. Savi then sees Ishaan sneezing as he stood outside car whole night in rain. She asks Pratik if there is any tea stall nearby, Pratik says he saw a tea stall ahead. Savi suggests Ishaan to have warm tea which will make him feel better as cold.
As Savi and Ishaan are walking, Ishaan asks how did she become claustrophobic. Savi reveals the tragic incident of her childhood where she lost her parents in a plane hijack situation. She tells since that incident she cannot stay in a closed place for too long. Ishaan cheers her up and gives advice how to calm herself down in such situation.
Other hand, Reeva comes to Bhosale house and gets insecure learning that Ishaan and Savi hasn’t returned home from date night. Surekha reveals that Harini’s health deteriarated last night and Ishaan-Savi went hospital to check on her. Dhurva asks Surekha why they haven’t returned home till now as it’s too late in the morning. Yashwant tries to call Ishaan to know his whereabouts while Surekha also gets worried.

Meanwhile, Savi has dream sequence where Harini makes Savi realize how Ishaan was always there for her since start. Savi sees Ishaan and develops soft corner for him. Further, Savi and Ishaan reaches Bhosle house where Surekha and others questions him for being late. Ishaan reveals how his car stopped on the way and they have to spend whole night on the road. Savi then sees Ishaan’s hand is bleeding and expresses concern asking for first-aid box. Seeing Savi’s care for Ishaan, Reeva gets irked.
Reeva tries to come between Ishaan-Savi by showing concern for Ishaan. As Savi tries to apply medicine to Ishaan’s injured hand, Surekha tells Reeva to do it which makes Savi sad. After a while, Savi gets ready for college and asks Ishaan for lift as she is unable to find a rickshaw. Ishaan agrees but Reeva stops him saying he cannot take Savi in his car. Reeva tells Ishaan that his hand is injured so she will give lift to him and Savi both. Savi tells Ishaan to sit in the back seat but Ishaan insists he will sit in the front seat with Reeva. Savi feels sad seeing Ishaan sitting with Reeva.
In the upcoming episode, Savi seen expressing her love to Ishaan with a gift. She gives a heart shape soft cushion to him but Ishaan rejects her gift and walks away in anger. Savi feels heartbroken seeing Ishaan’s rejection. Further, Savi seen saying that she confessed her love to Ishaan but got his disapproval in return. She questions herself if her first love will remain incomplete.
